Anne-Michele Holcombe
Owner & Lead Advisor
With 30+ years in Behavioral Health leading organizations and services for families with behavioral and developmental needs, Anne-Michele brings uncommon depth, empathy, and practical insight to every client.
In 2008, she expanded her service focus into real estate, later specializing in seniors’ transitions. As an SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist), Certified Placement and Referral Specialist (CPRS), and active member of CSA and NPRS, she blends compassionate advocacy with rigorous, real-world guidance.
Having navigated significant life transitions herself—including loss and relocation—Anne-Michele understands the emotional side of change. Now rooted in the Northeast Georgia mountains with her husband and their beloved dog, she’s committed to helping others find the place and plan that feel like home.
